This is the third and final volume in a series of CDs that has covered some of the music written for a publication called The Organ Loft and published between 1901 and 1915. This programme represents more forgotten and neglected gems from this publication. Most of the composers will be totally unknown and certainly everything is unrecorded. Kevin Bowyer’s booklet notes are a minefield of information. Previous volumes were from Woburn Parish Church (PRCD 1131) and Beverley Minster.(PRCD 1193)
